Principal Compliance Product Manager Software Licensing

The Software Licensing Compliance Product Manager will drive a significant increase in visibility to Compliance software and maintenance orders and upside revenue through delivery of key tools, including Account Targeting and Entitlement Reporting.

Summary
The Compliance Product Manager will oversee the identification of key business opportunities and creation of key capabilities and processes to increase visibility to Compliance software, maintenance, and upside revenue and enable the Software Compliance program to scale globally.

Roles & Responsibilities

Opportunity Research & Analysis
Identify and analyze potential Compliance business opportunities including partner relationships that will drive incremental revenue in collaboration with the Business Operations & Strategy team
Perform market analysis, benchmarking, and related competitive analysis to gather market requirements to develop an MRD

Product Management
Develop Compliance product strategy including feasibility analysis and buy/build/partner decisions
Develop quantifiable business cases to track and monitor business portfolio impact 
Collaborate with the Software Compliance, Business Operations & Strategy teams
Own Compliance product roadmap and work closely with IT to execute it
Own the Compliance PDS, business requirements, and related prioritization activities 
Collaborate with IT and other business functions to promote and deliver against the PDS
Go-to-Market Planning
Develop Compliance Go-To-Market plan working closely with Marketing to develop all collateral and related sales materials
Develop and deliver key presentations, training content, product demos, and related activities to evangelize and educate customers and partners on Compliance
Customer Satisfaction
Identify, analyze, and drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and continuous improvement initiatives related to Compliance
Operational Reporting
Develop and maintain Compliance operational metrics and related reporting capabilities coordinating with Business Operations and Software Compliance Team

Skills & Experience

High tech industry experience required
Software industry background a plus
MBA with 5-7 years of work experience required
Technical degree (CS, Engineering) required
Proven product management experience across the lifecycle from vision to end of life
Software product management or sales experience is a plus
Experience leading cross functional business process engineering initiatives
Cross functional business transformation experience is a big plus
Demonstrated experience identifying and consolidating customer and partner business requirements into a cohesive product and feature vision and roadmap
Experience leading cross functional product management teams charged with bringing products to market
Ability to succeed in a fast paced, high growth environment 
Autonomous, results-driven, detail-oriented self-starter
Highly effective communicating skills and experience working with executives and line management
Passionate customer advocate
Experience with established Business Intelligence tools and SQL is a big plus
Experience and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce.com) and ERP (Oracle) systems is a big plus
